Our founder, Sarah, always wanted to create a product that married her love for good design and social need. She dreamed about creating a product that would empower the economically disadvantaged, and also knew that it would have to be something she dearly loved. That brought her back to her first memories of her baby blanket, and with that EllieFunDay was born. It has now grown into a full collection of women and children's apparel and accessories made with the finest GOTS certified organic cotton while working with non-profits and fair-trade artisans in India that give trafficked and abused women a fair-wage and dignified employment. This is at the heart and soul of why we do what we do!
